Not a great 45 mins !!! Had watched Rob earlier at the ferry with his kite and the wind had dropped and looked to be going offshore.Then I got a call from Steve C (maker) saying he was at the fludgers so i decided to give it ago.I started with 8.5 on the carve which was a big mistake as the sea had picked up big because of the high tide and I could not sheet in !!! Came ashore rigged 6.6 but did'nt use it as wind seemed to have dropped,tried big gear again,had another boom break on the way in.That is two in a week !!!! The wind came in again and I was okay on the xantos and 6.6 for awhile but then the wind dropped and I went home.
